The controller of your personal data is the Bulgarian company TL CROSS-BORDER LEGAL AND INVESTMENTS SOLUTIONS EOOD, with registered seat in Sofia, Bulgaria [FULL ADDRESS], UIC (EIK) [EIK] (hereinafter "SolvX Capital", "we"), which operates the SolvX Capital digital platform and the website www.solvxcapital.net (the "Platform").

These general terms of use ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") apply to the SolvX Capital digital platform and the website www.solvxcapital.net (the "Platform"), which are operated by the Bulgarian company TL CROSS-BORDER LEGAL AND INVESTMENTS SOLUTIONS EOOD, UIC (EIK) [EIK] ("SolvX Capital", "we"), and establish the rules for accessing and using the Platform by its visitors and registered users ("Users" or "you"). By accessing the Platform and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the services — important clarifications

The Platform provides information and tools related to cross-border legal and investment solutions, including AI-driven debt analysis and recovery strategies. Users must understand that:

  • SolvX Capital is a technology provider and does not provide regulated financial or legal advice through the website interface alone;
  • All data analysis provided by our AI is for informational purposes and should be verified by qualified professionals;
  • Investment opportunities listed on the Platform carry inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Eligibility

To register an account and use the full range of services on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. SolvX Capital reserves the right to refuse service or access to the Platform to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.

4. User obligations

Various external factors, including the debtor’s solvency and changes in legislation, may affect the final outcome of any strategy implemented through SolvX Capital.

6. Fees

Access to certain features of the Platform may be subject to fees or subscription plans. Detailed information on current pricing and payment terms is available on the Platform. SolvX Capital reserves the right to modify its fees at any time, with appropriate notice provided to affected Users.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the "SolvX Capital" name and logo, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of SolvX Capital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvX Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

10. Amendments

11. Governing law — jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
